Ay Valade (she/her)

Ay Valade has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ay started their career as an Investment Banking Summer Analyst at Robertson Stephens LLC in 1999. Ay then joined MMA Capital Management as a Senior Financial Analyst and later became an Assistant Vice President. In 2007, Ay interned as a Technology Licensing Intern at Massachusetts General Hospital before transitioning to the role of a Technology Licensing Associate at Brigham & Women's Hospital in 2008. Ay then worked as an Operations Analyst at General Sensing from 2012 to 2015. Ay subsequently joined Noon Home, where they worked in various operations roles until 2018. In 2018, Ay joined Apollo GraphQL as the Chief of Staff, and later became the Head of People Operations in 2020.

Ay Valade attended Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology from 1992 to 1996. Ay obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the years 1996 to 2000. Later, from 2005 to 2008, Ay Valade pursued a Juris Doctor degree in Law at Suffolk University Law School.
