Mike Nelson

Mike Nelson has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies.

Mike most recently worked at Apollo GraphQL as a Customer Success Engineer - Tech Lead since November 2021.

Prior to that, they worked at Sprinklr where they held multiple roles including Manager - Partner Services from July 2019 to October 2021, Lead Business Consultant in May 2019, and Sr. Business Consultant from June 2017 to April 2019.

Mike also has experience working at Bazaarvoice as a Technical Account Manager from September 2012 to May 2017 and as an Implementation Project Manager from September 2010 to September 2012.

Their earlier work experience includes serving as a Sales Engineer at ETS-Lindgren from September 2007 to October 2010 and as an Online Experience Project Manager at Usability Sciences Corporation from 2004 to 2007.

Mike Nelson pursued their higher education at Texas A&M University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Mike attended this institution from 1998 to 2003. In November 2021, Mike also received a certification as a Graph Developer - Associate from Apollo GraphQL.
