Jennifer Rhima

Jennifer Rhima is a highly experienced business development and partnerships professional with a range of skills across multiple industries. Jennifer most recently worked as the Head of Business Development & Partnerships for Balloon, where they successfully organized and led product demos with 200+ companies across the US, Europe, and the Middle East. Prior to this, they served as the Head of Partnerships for Seera Group for over two years, where they led a team of three individuals, identified and developed external relationships that increased brand awareness and drove incremental bookings. Rhima has also worked for Souqalmal.com as a Business Development Manager, and for Step as a Business Development Manager, where they were responsible for sales and account management for over 150 sponsors, corporate delegates, and startups across the Middle East. Their earlier experience includes an internship with the U.S. House of Representatives, where they arranged constituents' trips and maintained the image of Congressman Sam Johnson. Rhima is set to take on the role of Director of Partnerships with Apollo.io in April 2022. Jennifer is also a Member of Partnership Leaders, a community of partnerships, alliance, and business development professionals.

Jennifer Rhima received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in International Business from Texas Tech University in 2013. Jennifer continued their studies at Hult International Business School and obtained a Master of International Business (MIB) in International Business in 2014, which they completed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. In 2012, Jennifer participated in the Study Abroad Program at Koç University in Istanbul, Turkey. Besides their academic achievements, Jennifer has also obtained various certifications from LinkedIn in areas such as delivering employee feedback, effective listening, and leadership strategies for women.
