Lindsey Peonio

Lindsey Peonio has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Lindsey is currently serving as the Human Resources Director at Apollo Mechanical Contractors since October 2022. Prior to this, they held the position of HR Director at Douglas Fruit Co from May 2017 to October 2022.

Before their role at Douglas Fruit Co, Lindsey worked at Smiles Dental, where they held the positions of Employee Relations Manager from August 2016 to May 2017, and Recruiting Coordinator from October 2014 to August 2016. In their role as Employee Relations Manager, Lindsey was responsible for conflict resolution, interpreting employee handbooks and administering contracts. Lindsey also ensured compliance with employment laws. As a Recruiting Coordinator, they managed the entire recruitment process, from job requisition to hiring.

Lindsey also has experience working as an HR Assistant at Bennu Glass LLC from March 2014 to September 2014, and as an HR Intern/Admin Assistant at Pacific Tech Construction from January 2011 to July 2012.

Lindsey Peonio, SHRM-SCP, holds a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management/Personnel Psychology from Washington State University. In 2022, they obtained the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
