Rashmi Kaushik

Rashmi Kaushik currently serves as the Regional Head of Operations for South at MediBuddy since September 2023. Prior to this role, Rashmi held the position of Senior Operation Manager at Apollo Life since September 2020, and has been involved in various managerial roles at Apollo MedSkills Limited since July 2015, including Regional Head Placement and State Head for the DDU-GKY Project. Rashmi's career began as the Head of the Patients Welfare Department at Malar Fortis Hospitals in early 2015. Earlier experience includes Operations Management at Apollo Hospitals and Operations Manager at Anandaloke Hospital & Neuroscience Centre. Rashmi also worked as a Public Relations Officer at Paramount Hospital Pvt Ltd. Educational qualifications include a PG in Hospital Administration from Medvarsity, an MBA in Health Care Management from Sam Higginbottom Institute, and a Bachelor's degree from Dibrugarh University, along with certifications in Six Sigma green belt and PRINCE2 Project Management.
