David Rabin MD, PhD

Dr. David Rabin has a wealth of experience in the medical field. From 2014 to 2018, they were a Physician and Research Scientist at UPMC, where they studied psychiatry and translational neuroscience. In 2018, they became Co-Founder and Chief Innovation Officer of Apollo Neuro. In 2019, they joined The Board of Medicine as Executive Director and Semper Fi Odyssey - Outdoor Odyssey as Board Member. In 2020, they joined Noetic Fund as Venture Partner. Additionally, in 2018, they became Co-Principal Investigator in a collaboration with Rael Cahn MD, PhD at the University of Southern California (USC) and Ben Kelmendi MD (Yale) to evaluate the mechanisms of psychoactive medication-assisted psychotherapy for PTSD.

David Rabin MD, PhD completed a Bachelor of Science in Biology from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute from 2003 to 2007. David then went on to complete a Doctor of Medicine (MD) and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from Albany Medical College from 2006 to 2013 and 2014 to 2018 respectively. David's field of study for the MD was Medicine and for the PhD it was Neuroscience. David also completed a Psychiatry Residency Program at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center from 2014 to 2018.
