Brett Heading

Brett is an experienced company director and corporate lawyer with many years of experience in corporate governance, capital raising, mergers and acquisitions. In February 2016, he joined the global law firm Jones Day as a partner. Previously, he was a partner and former chairman of McCullough Robertson since 1985. Brett has been a director of many listed and unlisted companies. Mr Heading is also a former longstanding member of the Board of Taxation and was a member of the Takeovers Panel for over a decade. He has agribusiness and tourism interests in the South Burnett (QLD) including Clovely Estate and Barambah Station.
