Kelly Shier

Kelly commenced her career in the RV rental industry in 1994, gaining experience in the guest services, fleet and accounting departments whilst studying at University. Over that period Kelly developed a passion for the industry and strong understanding of the business. In 2003, Kelly was appointed CFO of CanaDream, proving to be an invaluable asset to the Company and then taking on further responsibility assuming the role as Chief Operating Officer in 2007. Kelly took over the President of North America role in January 2019 and lead all commercial business operations in the North America region. Kelly became Global CFO in November 2019 and is responsible for managing all financial matters and strategic business planning.
