As Chief Operating Officer, Scott is responsible for both rental and retail operations globally, with a focus on guest experience, maximising revenue through yield management and fleet optimisation, process improvement and overseeing sales, both direct and agent business globally. Prior to joining Apollo in late 2010, Scott held management positions at Dreamworld and THL.
