Tjeerd Buijinck

Tjeerd Buijinck possesses extensive experience in the automotive and tyre industries, currently serving as the Manager of Test Engineering at Apollo Tyres Ltd since January 2013, focusing on winter testing and Nurburgring Industry Pool testing. Prior to this role, Tjeerd worked as a Senior Test Engineer, where subjective tyre evaluation was a key responsibility. Tjeerd's earlier experience includes a position as an R&D Engineer at Vredestein Banden BV, emphasizing chassis engineering and the integration of objective data into subjective tyre evaluations. Tjeerd has also held leadership roles, including Team Leader at TNO Automotive, overseeing full vehicle crash tests, and as a Vehicle Dynamics Engineer at PDE Automotive B.V., performing extensive outdoor and indoor tests.
