Amarjit Pabila

Amarjit Pabila is an experienced finance and payroll professional currently serving as the Director of Human Capital - Payroll at Apollo Global Management, Inc. since October 2024. Prior to this role, Amarjit held the position of Payroll Manager for EMEA & APAC at Balyasny Asset Management L.P. from August 2022 to July 2025 and was the EMEA Payroll Manager at The Carlyle Group from October 2017 to January 2022, where responsibilities included managing payroll operations and ensuring accuracy for multi-national payments.
