Christian Grados

Christian Grados is an experienced professional in talent management and organizational effectiveness, currently serving as Principal at Apollo Global Management, Inc. since July 2018. Grados has held various positions at Apollo Global, including Principal and Director focused on human capital and business partnerships. Prior to Apollo, Grados worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from April 2015 to July 2018, where roles included Senior Vice President and Vice President in learning and leadership development for global markets. Grados also gained experience at Citi from July 2011 to April 2015, serving as Assistant Vice President and Human Resources Analyst for corporate and investment banking.
