Heli Khandelia

Heli Khandelia currently serves as the Head of Change & Transformation for EMEA at Apollo Global Management Inc., where responsibilities include leading the delivery and implementation of business strategy and large-scale programs across various sectors such as Global Wealth and Private Equity. Prior to this, Heli held the position of Regulatory and Business Change Programme Head for Securities Services at Deutsche Bank, focusing on complex regulatory initiatives and custody migration. Heli's previous experience includes roles at KPMG UK, Lloyds Banking Group, Barclays Capital, and Goldman Sachs, where expertise in regulatory and business change management was developed, particularly within the Capital Markets and financial regulations such as MIFIDII and EMIR. Heli earned a Master of Science in Applied Computing Technologies from Northumbria University.
