Joji Varughese

Joji Varughese, CPA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in global financial reporting and corporate accounting. Currently serving as Principal of Global Financial Reporting at Apollo Global Management Inc. since August 2021, Joji leads GAAP Financial Reporting transformation initiatives and manages a diverse team responsible for complex legal entity assessments and consolidations. Prior to this role, Joji was Vice President at BlackRock, where responsibilities included end-to-end management reporting and coordination of financial statements across global regions. Earlier experience includes positions at Morgan Stanley, Berdon LLP, and Bosco Johnn & Co, specializing in corporate accounting, audit services, and financial statement preparation. Joji holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Accounting from Pace University’s Lubin School of Business.
