Ria's extensive experience includes roles at Neuberger Berman, where responsibilities included Head of National Accounts for Broker Dealer, Senior Research Director for the Advisor Solutions Group, and Head of Business Development & COO for Greater China Investments, achieving significant growth in assets under management. Earlier in the career, Ria was a Product Manager for Alternative Investments at Lehman Brothers Asset Management, overseeing the development of a third-party hedge fund platform. Ria holds an MBA in Investment Management and Strategy from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of Rochester.
