Maya Rajaguru

Maya Rajaguru is currently the Head of Learning and Development at Apollo Hospitals, a position held since October 2022. Previously, Maya served as a Senior Manager at Wipro BPS from December 2016 to September 2022, and as the ESOC L&D Manager for APJ at HPE from May 2013 to December 2016, where responsibilities included leading Knowledge Management initiatives for India and supporting global projects. Maya's earlier experience includes roles at TCS as a Talent Engagement Leader overseeing large business clusters, as well as customer support and marketing positions at Sutherland Global Services, Standard, and Satinood Pvt Ltd. Maya holds a Master’s Degree in English Language and Literature from the University of Madras and a Bachelor of Arts from Women's Christian College.
