Linda Nguyen

Linda Nguyen, MBA, has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Linda began their career as a Family Readiness Group Leader for the US Army in 2019. After that, they worked at ScribeAmerica as a Chief Medical Scribe/Lead Trainer, leading a team of 40 medical scribes and significantly increasing the ER's patient throughput. In 2020, Linda became a Site Lead and Team Manager at Express Test NC, where they successfully managed a large team and implemented effective marketing campaigns to increase patient numbers and decrease wait times. Linda then joined Unified Women's Healthcare in 2022 as a Project Manager, coordinating quality-related project initiatives. Currently, Linda is the Director of Operations at ApolloMD, where they optimize operational aspects by working closely with various teams and departments to ensure efficient healthcare service delivery and the attainment of organizational goals.

Linda Nguyen has a diverse education history that spans several institutions and fields of study. Linda completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management, General at Liberty University from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Biology at Elmhurst University from 2009 to 2014. During this time, they also attended Ewha Womans University in 2012 for International Studies in the field of International/Global Studies. Linda's educational journey began at Waubonsie Valley High School, where they obtained their High School Diploma in 2009.

In addition to their formal education, Linda has attained several certifications to enhance their skill set. Linda earned the Certified Medical Administrative Assistant (CMAA) certification from MedCerts in May 2021 and the Certified Customer Service Professional (CCSP) certification from the same institution in March 2021. Prior to these, they obtained a Marketing Skills Certification from Auburn University in January 2020. These certifications signify Linda's commitment to professional development and their desire to excel in various aspects of their career.
