Daphna Shani

Daphna Shani is an experienced Operations Manager at Aporia since November 2020, focusing on empowering data scientists with machine learning model performance management. Prior to this role, Daphna served as Event Manager at RSVP from 2018 to November 2020, and co-founded MIT4MIT while also managing the community from 2018 to 2019. Daphna's earlier experience includes several positions in event management and marketing, including roles at Pine Club and Frangelico Sushi Bar. Daphna also has leadership experience from serving as a Youth Counselor for the Hebrew Scouts Movement and as a Platoon Commander in the Israeli Defense Forces, overseeing the training of over 800 soldiers. Daphna holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications from Izrael Valley College, completed in 2015.
