David Gee

David Gee, MBB, MPA, currently serves as the Director of Labor and Union Relations at AposHealth and is a member of the Board of Advisors at Progress 360 and the Board of Pennsylvania NABIP. From April 2008 to May 2025, David was a key contributor at Independence Blue Cross, where notable achievements included leading a Medicare conversion program that improved the conversion ratio by 21% and retaining over 97% of the existing client base. David's extensive experience in Medicare sales and operations included managing private exchange relationships and developing innovative Medicare products. Educational qualifications include a Master’s Degree in Public Administration and certifications in Lean/Six Sigma as a Master Black Belt from Villanova University, as well as an undergraduate degree in Philosophy and Religion from Arcadia University.
