Maria Costa Balogh

Maria Costa Balogh has a diverse work experience in the field of pharmacy. Maria currently works as a Pharmacist at QA Operations in APL (Apotek Produktion & Laboratorier AB) since 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Pharmacist at Region Skåne from 2016 to 2022, where they were involved in medicines management quality evaluation in hospitals and health centers, as well as a QP in dialysis and nuclear medicine. From 2012 to 2016, Maria worked as a Production Pharmacist at Lund's Hospital Pharmacy in Apoteket AB, where they manufactured extempore sterile medicines, including those for clinical trials, and was responsible for the development of Quality Assurance functions. In their earlier career, Maria worked as a GMP Inspector at INFARMED, I.P. from 1999 to 2011, where they conducted inspections to ensure compliance with pharmaceutical and healthcare product GMP regulations. Maria also served as a Manager of Registration Dossiers at INFARMED from 1995 to 1999, where they were responsible for generics, mutual recognition, and centralized applications, as well as managing application dossiers.
