Nikolette Baniewicz

Nikolette Baniewicz serves as the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Apotheco Pharmacy Group since August 2015, focusing on legal risk assessment, compliance strategies, and contract negotiations. Prior experience includes roles as General Counsel and CFO at Firley, Moran, Freer & Eassa, CPA, P.C., and as an attorney at Greater Boston Legal Services, where legal counsel was provided on tax, bankruptcy, and employment issues. Nikolette has also held various positions related to tax law and corporate legal matters, including internships and clerkships during law school at Syracuse University College of Law, where a Doctor of Law degree was earned, cum laude. An undergraduate degree in Business Administration and Management was obtained with honors from the University at Buffalo.
