Krista Särkkä

Krista Särkkä is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer relations, business management, and marketing within the healthcare and technology sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Relations at Oy Apotti Ab since May 2020, Särkkä has managed cooperation with the city of Helsinki. Prior roles include Business Program Manager at Mediconsult Oy, focusing on digital healthcare solutions, and various marketing and sales positions at Microsoft, Movial, Infit Oy, and Creanor Oy, where Särkkä led product marketing efforts and project management initiatives. Särkkä holds a Master of Science in Economics from Helsingin kauppakorkeakoulu and additional certifications in Wellbeing Coaching from TrainerLab, complemented by further education at the University of Helsinki.
