Felipe is the founder and President of APOYO. He has been Peruvian Ambassador to the United States of America, as well as full professor and President of Universidad del Pacífico, and President of Transparencia Civil Association. He is member of the boards of several companies and institutions. He has received the Hipolito Unanue Award for Outstanding Economic Merit in 2011, the Manuel J. Bustamante de la Fuente Award in 2008, the Jerusalem Journalism Award in 1998, and the IPAE Award in 1990.
He is an Industrial Engineer from the National Engineering University (UNI, for its acronym in Spanish) and holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Systems Analysis from the University of Rochester, NY. He is also a graduate of the Owner-President program of Harvard Business School.
