Siddhant Borkar

Siddhant Borkar is a proficient Software Developer and ML Specialist currently working at HEALLY since August 2024. Siddhant serves as a Project Manager and Frontend Developer for CS+Social Good, and holds roles as an iOS Apprentice and iOS Academy Member at App Team Carolina, which specializes in mobile software development at the University of North Carolina. Since January 2024, Siddhant has been an Undergraduate Teaching Assistant in the UNC Department of Computer Science, aiding over 300 students in programming concepts. Previous experience includes a Software Engineer Internship at Crispy - Dishes for You, a Data Science Researcher position at Duke University School of Medicine, and research as a Machine Learning Researcher at the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where Siddhant contributed to AFib detection research. Siddhant’s education includes participation in Honors Carolina and the Summer Ventures in Science and Mathematics Research Program, along with a foundation from the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics and a High School Dual Enrollment degree from North Carolina State University.
