Kristin R. has a diverse and extensive work experience in various legal roles. Kristin started their career in 2005 as an Associate in the Litigation Practice Group at Seyfarth Shaw. In 2008, they joined DLA Piper as an Associate in the Corporate & Finance Practice Group. Kristin then worked as a Program Associate in Strategic Partnerships at Women Deliver from 2010 to 2011.

From 2011 to 2013, Kristin served as the Program Director & Marilyn S. Broad Fellow at the International Justice Project. Kristin also worked as a Pro Bono Attorney at The Door - A Center of Alternatives from 2011 to 2012. Kristin then joined the United Nations in 2013 as a Senior Legal Consultant, AO An Team, DSS, UN Assistance to the Khmer Rouge Tribunal. Kristin held this position until 2020.

In 2016, Kristin became the Legal & Program Director at Project Expedite Justice until 2021. Kristin then joined App4Legal as a Brand Ambassador in 2021. Currently, they are working as a Partner at Global Diligence LLP and as a Co-Director at GD Alliance, both starting in 2021.

Kristin R. completed their high school education at Greenhills School from 1994 to 1998, where they earned their High School Diploma. Kristin then pursued their Bachelor of Arts degree with University Honors at the University of Michigan from 1998 to 2002, majoring in History. Following their undergraduate studies, Kristin R. attended Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology from 2002 to 2005. During this time, they earned their J.D. degree with a specialization in Litigation & Alternative Dispute Resolution.
