Michael Hodge

Michael Hodge is currently the Director at APPALACHIA SERVICE PROJECT INC. Prior to this, they were with Montage Resources Corporation from September 2018 to November 2020 where they served as the Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. Before that, they were with PayRock Energy II from August 2016 to September 2018 as the Chief Financial Officer.

From August 2015 to August 2016, Hodge was the Chief Financial Officer at Ward Petroleum Corporation. Prior to that, they were with Rex Energy Corporation from June 2012 to January 2015, where they served as the Chief Financial Officer. Rex Energy is an independent energy company engaged in the acquisition, production, exploration and development of oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids. Rex's strategy is focused on building shareholder value through increasing production and proved reserves within the Appalachian and Illinois regions.

Before joining Rex Energy Corporation, Hodge was with SandRidge Energy as the E&P Controller from May 2007 to June 2012. Prior to that, they served as the Financial Reporting Manager at Chesapeake Energy from May 2001 to May 2007.

Michael Hodge's educational career includes earning a BBA in Finance from the University of Oklahoma, as well as a Master's of Science in Energy Management from Oklahoma City University. Michael is also certified as a public accountant from the state of Oklahoma.
