Tricia Schaad (Heiss) serves as the Director of Nursing and Professor at Washington State Community College since August 2015, with additional experience as an Associate Professor in the Associate Degree Nursing program since 1998, where Tricia has taught various courses including Medical/Surgical Nursing and Fundamentals of Nursing. Clinical focus areas include Medical Surgical Nursing and Groups of Clients, with additional expertise in Obstetrics, Psychiatric Nursing, and Pediatric Nursing. Prior experience includes roles as a Registered Nurse at Gambro Dialysis Clinic, Marietta Memorial Hospital, and St Joseph's Hospital. Tricia holds a Master of Science in Adult Health Nursing from Otterbein University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Mount Carmel College of Nursing.
