Scott Driggers

Scott Driggers is the current CEO at Appalachian Railcar Services. Scott has previously served as the President & CEO of Cathcart Rail and Appalachian Railcar Services, LLC from March 2019 to July 2021. Prior to that, they were the Chief Operating Officer of Appalachian Railcar Services, LLC from August 2018 to March 2019. From June 2017 to August 2018, they were the Vice President, Fleet Maintenance of Trinity Industries, Inc. From July 2014 to June 2017, they were the GM, Field Operations of GATX. From December 2002 to August 2014, they were the Senior Vice President of Operations of Rescar Companies where they were responsible for leading all Rescar operations. Prior to that, they served in the United States Air Force from November 1991 to November 2002 where they were the Staff Sergeant and garnered various quarterly and annual commendations for their service.

After receiving their MBA from Benedictine University, Scott Driggers worked in educational and instructional technology. Scott then went on to earn their Bachelor's degree in the same field from Wayland Baptist University.
