Appalachian Regional Commission (ARC)
Jessica Mosley is a seasoned program manager with extensive experience in educational programming and leadership development. Currently serving at the Appalachian Regional Commission since May 2018, Jessica oversees various academies and institutes while leading a team to implement experiential learning models. Previous roles include Director of Education and Professional Development at the Electronic Transactions Association and Director of Education at the United Fresh Produce Association, where Jessica managed conference content and logistics. Jessica’s career also includes significant contributions to the American Fisheries Society and the American Meat Institute, where leadership of educational content and programs led to increased attendance and profitability. Jessica holds an MA in History from George Mason University and a BA in Religion from Harding University.
