Logan Thomas

Logan Thomas is an experienced economist with a strong background in research and community development. Currently serving as an economist and research analyst at the Appalachian Regional Commission since May 2016, Logan has previously held positions as a senior research assistant at the Federal Reserve Board and as a graduate assistant at the University of Connecticut. Other roles include community development project specialist for the City of Frostburg and research assistant at The Greater Cumberland Committee. Logan's academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Geography and a Graduate Certificate in Human Rights from the University of Connecticut, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Frostburg State University.
