Heather Baker

Heather Baker serves as the Director of People and Culture at the Appalachian Trail Conservancy, a role held since October 2020. Previously, Heather worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at PGT Innovations and as a Benefits Communication Project Lead at TriNet, where responsibilities included project management, stakeholder engagement, and developing communication strategies. With a strong background in human resources, Heather has also held positions at Letterkenny Army Depot and Kohl's Department Stores, focusing on payroll processing, safety administration, and employee management. Heather holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership and an MBA in Project Management from Southern New Hampshire University, as well as a Bachelor of Applied Science in Accounting from Wilson College.
