Ajay Rawat

Ajay Rawat is a seasoned food and beverage professional with extensive experience in restaurant management. Currently serving as the Food and Beverage Manager for Sushi Library UAE at Apparel Group since December 2019, Ajay specializes in menu design and continuous improvements while overseeing forecasting and planning.
