Olakunle B Olaseni is an experienced culinary professional in the hospitality industry, currently serving as Group Head Chef since January 2024. Olakunle has a robust history within the Apparel Group, contributing as Head Chef and Senior Sous Chef at Jamie Oliver Restaurant from June 2017. Previous roles include Chef at Solution Leisure, specializing as Sr Sushi Chef, and Junior Sous Chef on the opening team of Asia Asia Pan Asia Restaurant under Chef Mark M. Olakunle also served as Senior Chef De Partie at Q43 Restaurant, focusing on team training during its launch. The journey began as a Sushi Chef at Hotel "Les Alizes Beach Resort" and a Demi Chef at Burger & Lobster Restaurant Group Limited.
