Zia Shams

Zia Shams has over a decade of experience in IT support and engineering, currently serving as an ICT Support Engineer at Apparel Group since March 2019, where responsibilities include expertise in Oracle XStore, data management for promotions and sales, and overseeing communication for various business applications. Prior positions include IT Support Associate at Kamal Osman Jamjoom, with a focus on troubleshooting Oracle systems, and IT Assistant at the Sustainable Development Policy Institute, handling server maintenance and user support. Additionally, Zia has experience as an IT Associate intern at Fawaz Al Hokair Group and as a Supervisor at Arslan Computers, providing technical support. Zia holds a BS in Computer Engineering from COMSATS Institute of Information and Technology, complemented by educational qualifications in Computer Science from F.G. Sir Syed College and Siddeeq Public School.
