Adam Cadieux has a wealth of experience in software engineering and development. Adam began their career in 1997 as the Advertising Manager, Webmaster, and Marketing Coordinator for AMOT Controls. In 1999, they took on the role of Web Development Manager and Webmaster for PC Guardian. In 2005, they became the Web Development Manager for GuardianEdge Technologies. In 2006, they founded Hazmat Games LLC and acted as the lead programmer and managed the development of several mobile games. From 2007 to 2011, they held the position of Sr. Web Developer for nCircle Network Security. In 2011, they became the VP of Software Development for Surfdash and founded Marketing WorkSpace, a marketing automation solution for small businesses. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a contractor for KaayaSoft. Finally, in 2015, they became the Software Engineering Manager for Apparent Inc., where they managed and led a development team of 4 to 6 software and hardware engineers. Adam utilized agile planning tools to effectively schedule, manage, and prioritize project workflow, and evaluated, executed, and counseled supervised members through employee performance review process.

Adam Cadieux attended George Mason University from 1990 to 1995, where they obtained a BA in Economics. Adam also took courses at Berkeley extension, but did not obtain any additional certifications.
