Ankush Kundra has over 10 years of work experience. Ankush started their career as an Assistant Manager at Aegis Customer Support Services Private Limited in 2010, where they worked with various processes such as Vodafone, Airtel, and Flipkart seller support. In 2017, Ankush became an Operations Manager at Aegis Global, where they managed the Flipkart care touch process and handled 8 queues with a team of 10 Team Leads, 20 Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), and 200+ full-time employees (FTE). In 2018, they joined Frontizo Private Limited as an Operations Manager. Currently, Ankush is the Program Manager at Appario Retail Private Limited.
