Kate Guarino

Kate Guarino has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and sectors. Kate is currently working as a Human Resources Business Partner at Appcast, Inc, a role they started in October 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Recruiter at the same company from June 2021 to October 2022.

Before Appcast, Inc, Kate served as a Talent Recruitment Manager at Ascend Public Charter Schools from June 2020 to June 2021. Afterward, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Education from Southern Connecticut State University, from 2011 to 2013.

In 2015, Kate enrolled in the Questrom School of Business at Boston University, where they completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree. Their field of study during their MBA program was Business Administration and Management, General. Kate successfully completed their MBA in 2017.

In addition to their academic qualifications, Kate has also achieved professional certification as a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). Kate obtained this certification from SHRM in June 2021.
