Kris Salazar

Kris Salazar has a diverse work experience in the field of marketing and demand generation. From 2016 to the present, Kris has been serving as the Director of Marketing, Demand Generation at Appcast, Inc. In this role, Kris is responsible for using programmatic job advertising technology to help employers engage with qualified candidates effectively.

Prior to joining Appcast, Kris worked as the Senior Manager, Demand Generation at Ipswitch, Inc. from January 2016 to August 2016. Kris contributed to the success of IT teams by providing IT management software that enabled secure control of business transactions, applications, and infrastructure.

From January 2015 to December 2015, Kris worked as a Senior Marketing Programs Manager at LogMeIn, Inc. Kris's efforts focused on simplifying how people connect to each other and the world through cloud-based solutions.

Before joining LogMeIn, Kris served as a Marketing Manager at Parature, from Microsoft, a cloud-based customer experience solution under the Microsoft Dynamics division. Kris successfully planned and executed demand generation and lead nurturing programs, along with heading the customer educational webinar series.

Kris's career started at Parature, where they worked as a Marketing Manager from 2011 to 2014. They were then promoted to a Lead Generation Representative from 2009 to 2010, excelling as a top team performer and achieving significant sales success.

Kris's work experience began with a cross-functional internship at Jobfox from August 2007 to June 2008.

Kris Salazar obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing from George Mason University, where they attended from 2004 to 2008. In addition to their formal education, Kris Salazar also pursued several certifications to enhance their skills. In July 2012, they earned the Eloqua Product Master certification from Eloqua. Furthermore, in October 2016, Kris Salazar obtained an Email Marketing Certification and an Inbound Certification from HubSpot.
