Aneet Kaur Sachdeva / PMP, Principal Project Manager

Aneet Kaur Sachdeva is a Principal Project Manager at AppDirect, with a strong background in project management and software engineering. Since September 2015, Aneet has led the launch of new projects, developed Standard Operating Procedures for PMO functions, and established processes for onboarding new employees. Previous roles include Senior Project/Program Manager and Technical Project/Program Manager, where Aneet managed resources, developed risk management strategies, and created detailed project plans and scope baselines. Prior to AppDirect, Aneet held various engineering positions at Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, contributing to software development in DIAMETER protocol and other technologies.
