Mihai Oara is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in digital transformation and project management, currently serving as the Global Director of Digital Transformation at AppDirect since September 2016. In this role, Mihai develops technology-driven solutions to improve customer experience and engagement while aligning transformative initiatives with organizational growth objectives. Previously, Mihai held various managerial positions within AppDirect, including Global Director of Consulting Services and Senior Manager for Digital Transformation Services in EMEA/APJ. Prior to joining AppDirect, Mihai worked as a Project Manager at MultiBase GmbH and ACI Worldwide, along with product management roles at ATOSS Software AG and Rheal. Mihai holds an Inginer Diplomat degree in Software and Hardware from Universitatea "Ioan Slavici."
