Yves Francis, PMP

Yves Francis, PMP, is an experienced project management professional with a career spanning several roles since 1985. Currently serving as the Director of Delivery Operations and Director of jBilling Customer Success at AppDirect since August 2015, Yves has a background in technical project management within the same division. Previous experience includes positions at Bell, where Yves worked as a Quality Assurance Specialist on the CanaDocs Project and as a Senior Project Manager focusing on email infrastructure for the Government of Canada. Additional senior project management experience was gained at Canada Revenue Agency on the Test Data Management project, and in a long tenure at Fujitsu Canada as Associate Director of Project Management. Yves holds a B.Sc. with Honours in Information Management Systems from the University of Ottawa and a DEC in General Science from CÉGEP de Sept-Îles.
