Shahar Sapir has extensive experience in quality assurance and technical support, currently serving as a Group QA Manager and QA Team Lead at Appdome since January 2019. Prior to this role, Shahar held the position of QA Team Lead and QA Engineer at Reimage from November 2010 to January 2019, where responsibilities included developing and debugging Install files and managing bug tracking and resolution. Additionally, Shahar provided Tier 1, 2, and 3 technical support for the Reimage Repair product. Earlier experience includes working in the IT department of Tel Hai College from October 2008 to September 2010, focusing on maintenance, installations, and troubleshooting for the college's network.
