Jelena Kacar

Jelena Kacar is an experienced R&D Engineer specializing in embedded software development and firmware for telecommunications and video networking. Currently at Appear since April 2017, Jelena focuses on features development and testing for the X10/X20 platform in high-speed video networking. Previous experience includes a role as a Senior Embedded Software Engineer at Aker Solutions, where Jelena contributed to the 6th Gen SEM6 project and managed various communication interface cards. Earlier positions at ADVA Optical Networking AS and RT-RK Computer Based Systems LLC involved firmware development, monitoring software for electric power distribution networks, and application testing. Jelena began a career in digital television applications at MicronasNIT. Education includes a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from the Faculty of Technical Sciences Novi Sad.
