David Fitzmaurice is a senior legal professional with extensive experience in appellate advocacy and complex commercial litigation. Currently serving as a Senior Staff Attorney at Appellate Advocates since September 2022, Fitzmaurice previously held the position of Staff Attorney at the same organization. Earlier roles include serving as an Associate in the Appellate Group and Complex Commercial Litigation Group at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and as a Law Clerk for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York. Fitzmaurice's background also includes internships with prominent judges, such as Judge Anthony J.
