Chris Pollach has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Chris began their career as an Instructor at the City of Ottawa TaeKwonDo in 1997. In 1989, they founded Software Tool & Die Inc. and served as the CEO & President. Chris also worked at Citizenship and Immigration Canada as a Senior Systems Analyst & Consultant from 2014 to 2016, and at Passport Canada in the same role from 2012 to 2014. Chris has also held leadership positions in various user groups, including being the President of the Ottawa Sybase User Group from 2003 to 2014, the Vice President of Membership at Independant SAP Technical User Group (ISUG-TECH) from 2012 to 2013, and the Vice President (Membership) at International Sybase User Group from 2011 to 2013.
