Kristian Mella

Kristian Mella has a solid background in technology and business solutions. Kristian is currently working at Appfarm as the Chief Developer Experience Officer, where they are responsible for onboarding and activation of no-code developers. Prior to this role, they served as the VP Product Ecosystem & Lead Architect at Appfarm, where they supported the ecosystem of documentation, training, and resources for partners and developers. Before joining Appfarm, they were the VP Solutions at the same company, leading digital transformation and creating software without coding.

Kristian also has experience as a Co-Founder & CTO at FLYYT, where they developed a mobile and web application for organizations to address staffing needs. Kristian worked as a Business Solution Manager at Genus AS, analyzing new market opportunities and managing sales, and as a Consultant/Project Manager at Genus Professional Services AS, leading digitalization projects in the staffing industry. Kristian started their career as a System Integration Analyst at Accenture and had internships at Texas Instruments and Accenture.

Kristian Mella earned a Master's degree in Digital Communications from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) between 2002 and 2007. During the academic year 2005-2006, they studied at the Czech Technical University in Prague, focusing on Telecommunications. In addition to their formal education, Kristian has obtained several certifications, including the "Appfarm Professional Certification" from Appfarm in February 2023, the "Appfarm Sales Representative Specialization" from Appfarm in August 2022, the "Appfarm Fundamentals Certification" from Appfarm in June 2021, the "PRINCE2 Agile" certification from PEOPLECERT in January 2016, and the "PRINCE2 Practitioner" certification from PEOPLECERT in November 2015.
