Bipasha Sarkar

Bipasha Sarkar has a diverse range of work experience in the Human Resources field. Bipasha started their career as an HR Associate at UBS, Hyderabad in 2005 and later worked as an HR Executive at Commvault Systems India Pvt Limited from 2006 to 2009. From 2009 to 2014, they served as a Sr. HR Generalist at Mindspeed Technologies, where they were responsible for various HR functions including employee development, performance management, staffing, and compensation policies. In 2014, Bipasha joined Tekzenit India Pvt. Ltd as an HR Manager, where they successfully managed and directed HR operations. Following that, they worked at Appfire as both a Human Resources Manager and later as a Regional Director of Business Operations (HR, Finance & Business Operations) from 2016 to the present.

Bipasha Sarkar obtained an MBA in Human Resource from Icfai University from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they completed their Senior Secondary education in Commerce from DAV, Anpara between 1998 and 2000. Additionally, Bipasha has received several certifications related to human resources, workplace communication, cross-cultural intelligence, and bias training from LinkedIn.
