Before joining VICE Media, Howard worked at Amazon as a Senior Manager and Manager of Business Intelligence from 2015 to 2017. Howard (Greg) also served as the Head of Business Intelligence at Rocket Internet SE from 2014 to 2015.

Howard started their career at Boeing, where they held multiple roles. Howard (Greg) was a Lead Financial Planning Analyst from 2013 to 2013, responsible for creating business intelligence tools and automated reporting capabilities. Howard (Greg) also participated in the Finance Leadership Development Program from 2011 to 2013.

Howard began their professional journey as a Corporate Finance Intern at E&J Gallo Winery from 2009 to 2011. During their internship, they developed skills in financial audits, capital planning, and financial reporting. Additionally, they served as a Non Commissioned Officer in the US Army from 2003 to 2007.
