Natalie Burge has a diverse work experience in various roles. Natalie is currently working as a Lead Customer Researcher at Appfire, where they lead large, complex studies and provides reports. Previously, they worked as a Product Marketing Manager at Column, where they established the product marketing function and accomplished various tasks such as conducting customer research and developing content. Before that, Natalie held the position of Director of Sales Enablement at Afiniti, where they applied AI technology to improve customer and employee experiences. Natalie also worked at NFP in roles such as Associate Vice President Customer Experience | Sales Enablement, Director of Brand Experience, Associate Creative Director, and Graphic Designer. Their responsibilities included developing strategies, managing projects, and building creative teams. Natalie also co-founded the Hill Country Film Society & Festival, where they served as Co-Founder and Creative Director, and operated their own design firm, Natalie Burge Design.
Natalie Burge earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Journalism, Public Relations, Communications, and Business from the University of North Texas, where they studied from 1998 to 2002. Natalie also holds a CX Pro (CX-I) certification from Forrester, obtained in 2020.
