With a strong background in global business transformation from ADP and Stream Global Solutions (formerly eTelecare), Guneet has demonstrated expertise in enhancing customer experience across various organizations. Guneet holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the University of Phoenix and a BTS in Management from Indira Gandhi National Open University.
